This 352bhp Audi S1 Makes Me WANT ONE!

My first time in an S1! Having owned an A1 as my first car a few years ago, I was fairly familiar with the platform. However, until now I had never experienced the S1 - the far superior & quicker varient. Today, Ryan (the owner) and I battle the storms to go out in his stage 2 352bhp S1, and I must say...I really, really enjoyed it!

Just buy a performance clutch, even with the standard 231hp the stock one slips...

Shame my mate had to replace the gearbox, drivshafts and clutch because he mapped it. Great cars but my oh my did i see the bad side when they went wrong 😢

i'm not sure why anyone who really knows about engine tuning would start talking about pops like they are a good thing, because it's actually the opposite, the pops are understatedly actually bad for the engine. Well tuned engine systems rarely pop.

Ya, I got the 6c gti and I’m glad i chose it over the s1. I’m not in a position to tune any of my cars yet anyway and I do lots of motorway miles, so the dsg polo is better for me personally. I’m sure the s1 is a lot more fun to drive though…

An S3 is so much better, stage 1 and you’ve got 380 bhp, looks nicer too

and a-lot more money and harder for young driver to insure. only the facelift s3’s can make 375+ on a stage 1 most make around 360. s1’s feel sooo much quicker when modded because of how light they are.
