मला यचरिक असिडचा त्रास वर्षाचे पेक्षा जास्त काळ होता तेव्हा डाळा मोड आलेले धान्यव बेकर उच्च प्राजक्त न खाणे चा सल्ला दोन तज्ञ डाकटरन उच्च दिला हो या पण एक ट्रिप मध्ये अकरा दिवस रात्रो नदिवस हरबराची उसळ गाव उंच लागली पण युरिक असिडचा त्रास पुर्ण थांबला. आता मला पायाचे पंजे बधिर होतात व दगडावर आपल्या सारख्या झिणझिण्या येतात एम आर आय मध्य जे दोष नाही वय ७८ चालू आहे . बी १२ वडी ची कमतरता होते आ हे उपाय सांगावा.

५० ग्रॅम काजू ५० ग्रॅम बदाम १० ग्रॅम इलायची का पावडर बना ये. ओर १ चमचा रोज दूध के साथ लीजिये. सभी फल खाना. घर पे बनाया हुवा सूप पिने.

Bhai til kha lo usme doodh se zyaada calcium milega.. Aur doodh bandh kardo sirf chaas aur Desi ghee chalega.

क्या एक किडनी वाले को प्रोटीन नहीं लेना चाही, और यदि यूरिक एसिड बढ़ा हो और b 12 भी कम हो तो क्या खाये
