Looks like the bakery a few buildings over uses that houses driveway as a parking lot exit. Probably an easement and probably why you didn't show off the back yard. Beautiful house otherwise

There is a shared drive way but it leads to the next houses parking area

And the bakery 2 houses over has angled parking, which to me implies customers of the bakery has to use this houses driveway to exit. But I'm not sure. I live in Toronto and looking to move to Halifax in the near future and buy a house so keeping an eye on what's available
