We have a foreign buyer ban currently in place, the way around this is through work permits/PR/Citizenship (Topics for an immigration lawyer) OR Purchasing a property with development implications. Also you can purchase a 4 plex+ to get around the ban. Feel free to email me I realise this answer is a little tricky to understand by text
