I love that she is not buying new things but off FB Marketplace and using her parents unwanted wedding gifts as well. Being super organized is helpful to maximize their space. I loved hearing they love to cook from scratch at home as so many young people are clueless on how to do that. Its so great for their financial situation too. Although I am much older and settled I too live in DFW and loved seeing this.

What a wonderful opportunity to hang beautiful trailing plants of all types from those high windows and there are none hanging from there. I love the plants sitting on counter tops, but the space that's most beautiful are those windows for that.

Stunning. If she did the decor herself, KUDOS!!! It's amazing. But I bet she is paying a fortune for it. When I left Dallas almost 3 yrs ago, I was paying right at $900/mo for a studio. If I were her, rather than throw rent money away, I would buy a two bedrm fixer upper condo for little. Years ago I came across one in a Dallas suburbs in the low 40k's. I so wish I could have gotten it. Today it might be worth 3x that. Huge rents aren't worth it to me. It has it's positives regarding maintenance and security. But investment is where it's at for a nest egg.
