This was pretty much the exact video I was looking for it’s surprisingly hard to find anything about this feature, but I’m very interested in it. I wonder if you could take a poll from your viewers and maybe come up with a list of top questions to ask the meta-AI

Are these a con like Just Walk Out by Amazon where they had 1000 workers in Indian looking at what people were putting in their baskets and billing them. That's why it was taking several hours for the items to show up on their credit or debit card.

Was it easy to get the transitional lens swapped out in Japan? I got my meta glasses abroad and I’m thinking of changing the lens now that I’m back in Tokyo.

super easy! they did it in an hour or two. I got it done at the Paris Miki in Shibuya! There are official rayban stores but they won't do it fyi.

How dark does the transitional lens get compare to their normal sun glasses? Does it get as dark outdoors?

Well, here comes the rub wore them today to the Indian Wells tennis tournament within two minutes temperature too hot to use video. How about that I could take photos but I couldn't take video during the peak hours of between 11 and 2 PM.

They haven't mentioned it would be a paid service, and I bet there will be push back from users if they make it a paid service! but a lot of other companies with similar AI services have subscription plans so it'll be interesting to see how they would approach it.

Google Glass died because of privacy / legal issues. Also because it was creepy. Did the tech refresh and pretty frames fix any of those? Did you consider that wearing them makes you a Glasshole Mk2? Everything you talk about is old tech.

it's only available in the US, but it's currently still in beta! you can go to the app setting to enable early access and you might get access during the beta period.

the early access feature isnt showing up on my app either. samsung galaxy s20. updated firmware here, as well as in the meta app. I'm also dead middle of the US so I dont know why it isnt available
