Replace your cable with flat ratchet strap ( minus the ratchet)... the flat strap runs great over the plastic rollers..mine has lasted 3 years without having to fix it.

Gorilla Lift rollers suck. I had them on 5 trailers . After replacing them a few times. I took all of them off and put in the trash. I buy gate lifts from Cory Ballard now.

Great video just for thought you might talk to your local welding and machine shop and see if they can make them rollers out of steel or aluminum. It's great to see your son out there with you my son was the same way when he was that age

Wapacha what up nick I c u getting ready .I also have the gorilla lifts my wife gifted me with them after my hernia surgery they saved me a lot through the season mine lasted about 5 years before I had to replace my cables an wheel's I was glad to c that the new cables were a lot thicker than the original but I dont cut nearly as many yards as u do keep up the great work bro.

The issue with the head turning on idle on ur trimmer is the clutch drum and idk if echo uses a bearing in between the drum and clutch like Husqvarna but mine was gone so once i put a new drum and bearing and i threw a new clutch at it while i was in there worked awesome and like it spocced 2

I highly recommend the Red Max 260 with a echo speed feed head. The RM head is ok but speed feed is best on the market.

S2 stainless cables will last a lot longer.

Just a thought if that cable story is starting to come loose it's probably going to end up tearing up your new rollers you might want to go on and change them. I went the cheaper route I got the garage door springs and the eyebolts

My brother had the same issue with the rollers. He hired a welder to make some metals rollers for him & he hasn’t had a issue with them ever since, maybe try that?
