You should do an annual video where you recap the best apartment, kitchen, medicine cabinet, sink sprayer, etc. for the year; you could even call it the “Golden Sprayer Awards” - might get a whole new demographic watching your videos 😁👍

Clean your glasses with cheap foam shaving cream to keep them from fogging up. If you do it several days in a row you get to the point you only need to do it about once a week. I got a small travel size can at the dollar store, and it has worked for me.

You can do the same thing with vaseline. Put a tiny bit on on, wipe it all off leaving just the barest film. Also, the masks with the nose wire you can fit across the nose help immensely.
@hellokristi3 жыл бұрын
Oh please do not do this. I've worked as an optician and over time this breaks down anti-reflective coating.

i wear glasses and i wear a neck gaiter that i pull up over my nose area and it stays below at the glass frame area, never had any fog with it. I prefer neck gaiters (which come in various colors and designs) because they stay put and i don't need to fumble with it constantly like the masks.

Is the shaving foam and the other suggestions, actually safe for the coating on glare-free lenses? Perhaps people should experiment on an old pair of glasses first?

On the apartment I'd flip the floor plan. Put a bed next to the kitchen (put a screen or something to hide it if you want or get a murphy type bed. I'd use the bedroom for the hangout/couch/tv space. Why use the tiniest space for your waking hours and your biggest space to sleep in?

All kudos to you Cash for being a HELLA trooper!!!! Most people including me wouldve just returned to the office and prepped for the next tour session!! But you not only stuck it out you did double duty by finding that garage to complete the vid!! Yay for you!!!.👍👏 This is why living way out here in the mile high I continue to watch and give "book length" comments on all units I see!! Other tours I watch of apts and homes accross the country and globe are interesting but most times the host isn't nearly as engaging as you are!! Keep doing what you do and remember you have no peer in this genre of "must see TV"!!!! This one bed unit is very nice for $1900 when studios are going for $1700-$2100 !! Unit seems spacious and inviting; like the fact bedroom windows equal the ones in living room - bringing in major light, bedroom could be a little wider for my comfort but it serves the purpose, flooring in common section and bedroom is beautifully maintained; bath is very well appointed and you already know I'm delighted to see the quality tub!! Soaker city!! Area is prime with close train service along with all necessities for comfortable living! 👍👌

Hi Mr Cash 💰 I live in Hobart ( Tasmania) love this channel , checking out the living spaces in NYC is mind blowing, and people can actually live completely quite comfortable in those spaces. The rental prices are so unrealistic to me you could actually buy and pay your monthly payment and have change here. My husband and myself rent a 3 bedroom house for around 1650 a month and the rental price has been increasing since the pandemic 😷 here also. I love seeing all the places that you take us on when showing a property. You differently have a passion for what you do and it shows. Keep up the great work on this channel.
