@@ScrumpDiIIy Why would you team up with random players except for a few quests? There's an automatic team finder toggle, just switch it off. Also, not like being in a squad stops you from doing your own thing In ABI queueing with randoms is an opt out, in Tarkov it doesn't exist, either you have friends or you're solo. Tarkov doesn't have teams or squads, it's a bunch of players playing coop instead of PvP, there's no actual team. In ABI if a teammate retrieves your gear after you die you get it right back

@@borgKick allegedly, yes, because Nikita wants you to die and cope after loosing everything, even loosing the chance that boss finaly spawned in your raid 1 out of 1000 times. But yes, your gun can jam in 5-ish different ways, all of them are fixable via push of the button and they are random. Even when you shoot the gun and its barrel overheats (some guns for some freaking reason don't care that their barrel is melting by the way) the cause of jam is not that the gun is on fire or it blew up because of the stuck bullet in the barrel and you shot it next time, no no. It's just case failed to eject through the window. People was complaining about altin-360-noscopers with 50 kg bunkers that they stuck in their guns instead of the magazines, and BSG just made that those guys will RANDOMLY jam on you. I never seen those types of players dying due to overheat, but I've seen plenty of others dying because gun just decided to jam. And you can't prevent it other than buying a pristine rifle.

A lot of the QoL changes ive noticed are the same things Veritas talked about ages ago with things like the map and indicators for your allies and letting you know when you're missing gear when loading into a raid. When you're supposedly role-playing as a professional military contractor it only makes sense to have QoL. The only way having all of the tedious issuse makes sense is if you are already military trained and know exactly what to do which this game isn't necessarily for those people.

Lore wise PMC in Arena Breakout actually not cut off from the outer world. Kamoona were Torn apart by civil war and the government hired the PMC (player) but after they lose the civil war, the PMC searching for fortune in post civil war kamoona. Unlike tarkov who just wanted to survive Arena Breakout PMC is seeking Fortune so the looting is actually make much more sense if you think about it

As to the content in ABI, Even the mobile version isn't up to date, The CN version is 4 seasons ahead of the EN version. CN has M249 and RPD including modification of them both modernization for the latter. Also RPG's and working bipods/mounting. Literally content for years. Game's gonna cook. Even certain COD people (not streamer) are interested in it something Tarkov could never do unless modded.

I was already sold before the 10 minute mark but the moment he accidentally went into a raid after only matchmaking for a few seconds was insane. That's a minimum 20 minute wait in Tarkov these days. Not even Call of Duty is that fast.

Omg I can't believe this is finally being outed. I read this article the same day it was posted, and I kept posting comments asking the author how much he was being paid that he was straight up lying and that anyone who wanted proof to simply go shoot a gun in Tarkov then ABI and see which one has more "punch". The comments kept getting deleted within minutes. Side note: I lost my damn mind laughing when Erotik was talking about how Tarkov is gonna kick you to the main menu with an error code when building a gun and when you come back the parts are just scattered randomly in your inventory as if a bomb went off. Out of everything Tarkov has made me hate it for and rage for, the fucking error when building guns and then blowing the pieces in my inventory was def the one I hated and encountered the most.
