On November 8, 2022, police were advised of a theft from a motor vehicle incident in Wausau, WI. The 911 caller had tracked the location of his backpack to a residence via Apple Airtag after it was stolen from his vehicle. While police consulted with the resident of the home, their sister pulled up, questioning the officers’ actions and mayhem emerged.
The purpose of the featured content is to show the law enforcement interaction. It is NOT to publicly shame, ridicule, or degrade the individuals involved. Ironically, only female suspects tend to threaten with sexual crimes against the officers family whereas male suspects typically just threaten the officer with threats to harm him. Female suspects also tend to lie about sexual crimes happening to them or having a history where sexual crimes have happened to them to get softer treatment from law enforcement. It's well known that over 60% of female suspects can, have, and will lie about sexual crimes in general.... Women ☕

No, the gentleman reported a missing bag and the airtag pinged to a house where there were empty purses, wallets, and credit cards in the trash cans. They don't need a warrant to search that. They smelled weed and were sweeping the residence to secure it while they waited for the warrant to search. Even the owner of the house tried to tell his sister that!

I think, and actually you can just Google this, the smell of weed alone generally isn't enough to be used as probable cause. And actually it has been misused as an excuse for illegal searches. The dude said when they walked up that it pings here and there, even he is uncertain cause tech glitches. I think a good lawyer might at least have an argument here, and most courts would probably say that generally a judge should make this decision by issuing a warrant, not a police officer

But I think the reason she was acting so irrational was because she truly thought that she knew what she was talking about, lol telling the cops they were violating their rights, and they needed a warrant, etc. She must have never heard about a little thing called PROBABLE CAUSE...And the air tag ping from Mario's location gave those cops PROBABLE CAUSE to SEARCH that location. So they didn't need a warrant that miss ghetto know-it-all keeps screeching about. 🙄🙄 So basically she makes a complete fool out of herself here and absolutely shows her stupidity. As for her brother Mario? I don't think he's the sharpest tool in the shed either seeing as how he must have known the cops were en route and he didn't make ANY attempt to hide that stolen backpack that was eventually found.
