So glad y’all are safe. I’ve never lived in an area that has tornadoes, just the thought of tornadoes is scary! We’ve had temps between -10 and 10 for a couple weeks which is unusual for our area. Pretty cold! You’re an awesome dad to build that special bed for Mary Karl❣️she will have a lot of fun with her cubby under the bed. God bless y’all ❣️

DAD. You have the coolest of coolest DAD and MOM. What we did was a couple things Under your bed you can put MATERIAL on it. We used our sheets to cover it up. Or decorated it with paper and draw pictures. Write poems private thing etc. Oh yes write out goals. LOVE your lights. That is the perfect touch. Glad you all are safe, we here in MS deal with it all the time also, My daughter did the same thing with our granddaughters room, it's a large room but she wanted a hideaway, so they took out the bottom bunk and draped pretty sheets around it also with lites, she has her toy box underneith and play area with bed on top, she's only 5 but loves her special place,

She so cute. I had dormers in my girls long attic room that they shared and I hung a swing in them😁. Rope and wood seat swings! They loved when their friends saw how "cool" their mom was😎

Glad y'all didn't get the brunt of that weather system. If I am not mistaken, that is the same system that came through our area that gave us all four seasons of weather twice over. Strange weather indeed. Love MC's new setup! I see one problem though. What happens if the window needs to be opened? 🤣 Just kidding.
