The difference in cooking BBQ chicken and meat in Thailand is different from that in Europe. In Thailand, we marinate these meats with various herbs and seasoning sauces to make the flavor mellow. and absorbed into the flesh It has a lot of flavor when you eat it. 26:43 It is a Fermented Sausage with rice or vermicelli. It was fermented long enough , it will be a sour flavour or ferment a bit it will be not sour. To support flavour , you have it with a fermented ginger( a pink slide in the bag ) , a chili pepper and a piece of cabbage.

it's just look like "tako-yaki. but it is "ขนมครก" (Kha-nom-krok), it's thai snack made from coconut's milk and flour. Sushi's price is 5฿ and buy 10 get 1 free. Eggs. The egg you mention in the clip is call "ไข่ข้าว" (Kai-Kao). It is chicken's egg that be fertilization if keep incubate they can become chic. But Kai-Kao was cooked before it hatch.
