Night Owl (Nok Hook) market in Nonthaburi is well known among local Thais, but not foreign tourists. It's variety is as good as Jodd Fair but a bit cheaper as it caters mainly to the local and the stall rent is not as expensive.

18:37 This thing is called Sang Kaya. It is egg custard. The ingredients are duck eggs, coconut sugar, pandan leaves, and rice flour.

That dessert is egg custard with sticky rice. Egg custard or Sangkaya is the mixture of nomally duck egg, palm sugar, coconut milk, pandan and a bit of salt then steam them to make the texture.
