Livingroom is nice sized. Dining area is nice too. Kitchen is great and love the pantry (with a regular or pocket door). Would definitely opt out of that pattern of wallboard in the utility room and bathrooms. The "den" would be a great game room for the grandkids. Nice primary bed, bath and closet. All in all, its a nice place! Thanks for the tour, Nate!

That's lovely. I usually don't like those wall boards even if it's only in the bedroom, but I think the colours really make a difference. I'd just like a window in the master bathroom by the linen cupboard.

Chicken pox 😅😅 The kitchen is beautiful but rather small storage and counter area. Love the pantry. Really like how the water heater is in the pantry. Would like a door on it instead of the removable panel.

I think there is a lot of wasted space with the open floor plan between the living room and dining room. Also, I don't like the sink in the island. Anybody who does a lot of cooking will tell you they want the sink close by the stove and counter space.
