I like the livingroom kitchen dining area. Bedrooms could be a little bigger. Laundry room is nice but is all those cabinets necessary? Primary is nice wish it was bigger. Hate that tile in the shower. The house is very nice. Thank you for the tour!

yea for real. for that price you could build a bandominium that will last for generations. a trailer is going to start falling appart after 5 years if your lucky. shit man they can even 3d print concrete homes now for under 50k.

I agree! No fireplace only six upper cabinets or anything else really to compliment that price!!! Because for me I would opt. out of the coat caddy in the utility room for one I do not like hanging exposed clothing & two I need a spot for my deep freezer. I would also opt. out of the built-in desk, because I have my own. Nice house, but definitely not worth that starting price, I've seen some less expensive houses that offered more in the house....

I COULD be wrong but I think this is the first home I have viewed where the corner pantry has a window. I know there are some that have windows, but they are usually not behind a corner door, if that makes sense.

Not a lot of counter top space, but otherwise nice kitchen. Love the pantry. Office should be on the master bedroom end of the house. The toilet stuck in a little closet. I would definitely have to do something about that. The shower needs a seat. Maybe rearrange the utility room some.

The linen closet is weird in the laundry. By weird I mean that it doesn't take the entire end. Have the like the entry the the laundry room with ease to remove shelves etc to access bath tub. or flip and put the closet on the right side with the cabinet on the left. Maybe flip the bath.

I liked the outside with the inset red door, but the inside is not for me. Way too open and vanilla with all those white cabinets. And that master bedroom bathroom with the moldy looking shower tiles was a real eyesore! The only inside features I liked were the spacious pantry and the utility room. Yet, for as big as the utility room was, I saw no space or plug-in for a freezer. That price just wasn’t worth it. Sorry, Nate, but this was not a winner for me!!! Hoping you and Raydon have a wonderful New Year 2025 🥳

@@NatesHomeTours i looked up what slate is and its a low grade thing and it looked very thin and not very strong. it was pretty but you need more than pretty at that price point. it was a beautiful home dont get me wrong its just i think they should have done better with the counter tops.

Bedrooms too small, matter of fact all the rooms except Utility Room & Pantry & Bathrooms are too small. Price too high for this size home.
