Trespassing is state law. I researched this when I was kicked out of a public park. In Arizona, there cannot be trespassing on open public space except for drunk and disorderly can be trespassed. In most states, whomever has the authority of running the building has the legal right to say who may enter.

The warden is most likely an atheist. A similar situation happening with someone I know who did his full time (10 years) in prison for a sexual crime. While in prison he attended every church service that was available there. Now out of prison he attends weekly court ordered therapy sessions. The therapist assigned to him by the state is an atheist and is telling him he will never be allowed to attend church! He wants so badly to do so but is afraid to go against orders. He feels his constitutional right to freedom of religion is being infringed upon. I think so too but there’s nothing we can do.

Furthermore, many of the J6th political prisoners are veterans and former police officers who also swore an oath to defend our country, including from domestic enemies like the Capitol Police. Those police should not only have been attacked for their treasonous actions that day, but they should have been arrested, thrown in prison, tried, and convicted by now. But the J6th political prisoners are having even the right to a fair speedy trial withheld from them.
