The other big advantage of using a snowblower is it crushes the ice crystals down so the blown snow takes less space and throws it further. Here in Alaska in winters with large snowfall, people will run out of room to throw shoveled snow or push plowed snow whereas I don't get large drifts on the sides of my driveway as I throw it far back in the property.

@Krahazik4 жыл бұрын
or a tractor with a front mount 3 point hitch and PTO?
@RubenKelevra4 жыл бұрын
@@Krahazik actually hydrologics are better, there's no need for shear pins, since there's a overpressure valve just opening the circuit if you overload the blower. But you might need to upgrade the hydraulic pump to get enough flow rate for such a large motor. :)

On a good day we manged 25 acres, at about 2.5 tonnes/ acre, winter wheat. The video of when you helped the neighbours during a bereavement, that is the heart of the farming community, not another industry like it any where on the planet. You are freezing, yesterday we had 43 degrees Celsius, and the state has huge bush fires, crazy world. You videos are probably the best agricultural videos on you tube. One last thing, please get the PTO guard repaired on the snow blower. my friend from Agricultural college, lost his arm from a baler. we all think it wont happen but it can.
