Funny thing about fighting Geese in Arcade Mode, you need to fullfill nearly the same conditions for his fight on the normal Real Bout Fatal Fury Special, he can appear at any moment prior to Billy. And yeah, your reaction to that lazer is priceless. Edit: This game was my entry point to the Fatal Fury series.

Fatal Fury The Motion Picture/The Movie was one of the first anime I ever saw as a kid, so when they announced they were getting Masami Obari back to do animation for KOF XV, I was _psyched!_ Needless to say, I was very disappointed in how it shook out; they only paid for an intro/attract mode animation _you need to seek out in the gallery_ that doesn't even play when you hang on the title screen (unless they fixed that in an update). They did my man dirty. Should've ponied up cash for way more animation in XV...

Geese is a secret challenger in this game so you also beat him without realizing it, he is almost the same as Nightmare Geese from RBS but in this game it is not that difficult. About White, he is one of the bosses with the most dirty tricks that I know, I remember that the first time I got to a point where I didn't know what to do, so I didn't do anything and that was basically the answer xD because he counterattacks any attack.

WHICH ONE WILL IT BE?!" - Oh yeah if you seen the intro of the game, Billy was brainwashed by White and he's a sub boss as seen in the cutscene. - what's more creepy when White does an explosion attack thing, you can see a face of baby or an infant that looks like it got incinerated. - White's design is clearly based on the character Alexander DeLarge from the movie A Clockwork Orange. Some fact about White's VA: He was voiced by (the late) Keiji Fujiwara and he voices Esidisi/ACDC.

Ooooooh, very cool, you discovered Ps1 exclusive Fatal Fury boss. I love this game. Yep, Nightmare Geese accurately represented as dead, that's right. It's rare to see his halo. The only huge flaw playsation SNK conversion have are the voice samples of very lower quality than original, and a bit inferior animation cuz every big fan knows the animation is fantastic (for KOF 95, 96 and97 for example) with the ram cartridge on Saturn available games. I think the same goes about animation quality for some capcom games of the old 32 bits era ? I'm not sure though.

The game should have been in arcades, with the anime parts left for the console version of course. I think the boss and his last moment gimmick would stand out nicely, as there was nothing like that in arcade fgs. I think after Gill's ressurrection in SF3 from 97 there was no other interesting arcade boss gimmick. All common ideas like broken damage, unfair ai, secret boss, busted 2nd form, etc, were already old in the late 90s.

It's the only highlight of the game mechanically. As the game is even inferior to the original RBS in some points. It looks like SNK at that time wasn't convinced to adopt super cancel in their games after SF3 invented it. Like, even later games like MOTW and KOF 98 don't have it. LB and KOF 99-00 have a gimmick based super cancel, so I guess that doesn't count. A real super cancel like SF3 only came in KOF 01.

Best and fastest way to beat White is to just do throws... He just reacts and counters to your attacks, but with throws he just takes most of them... And the first time I beat him and he shoot me with that crap it pissed me off so much cause at that time I didn't know about the throwing thing yet!

JWong, I dont know if you are going to see this message. But, Real Bout series invented normal into unique comand into special move KOF combo system. But, it is different than KOF. If you play real bout special again try this pattern, light, light, forward fierce (opponent go to other lane), fierce (you pull opponent to same lane) and cancel into special move or super. This is the Real Bout almost universal combo system. Man, SNK should re-release Real Bout Special. It is the best Fatal Fury game. You should try on Fightcade with real opponents.
