I put mustard and black pepper on my eggs, makes them taste better and no calories added. If I have an avocado, even better - just cut the mustard.

Especially egg whites! When I use ketchup, I use the organic stuff, since there’s no high fructose corn syrup. Mustard had been my go-to lately, since a little goes a long way.

Akratashi I get that a lot. Depending on your activity level and lean body mass you can adjust it all proportionally. This breakfast is for peak activity periods but all I do when I’m doing less (which isn’t often 😂) is scale back to 3 eggs, 1 apple, still 1/2 avocado.

Fit4Racing thank you for the quick reply, I am going to try this out (but with vegi bacon) I stay away from red meat. But the other stuff is really a go. Im going to try this out as well as some moto fitness plans from now to the 2019 season ( I am out this year for school.) Im glad I was able to find moto videos like this one, thank you and keep it up its all super helpful.

Cycle Factory when I’m deep into training and my activity level is high then yes. This probably accounts for 6 months of my full time diet. If you’re considering having this for breakfast then adjust according to bodyweight and activity level. I’d suggest 3-4 eggs for sure.

Been training hard and eating a slight variation of this for a couple of weeks. Totally loving it cheers and feeling good. The good pint or so of water is not to be underestimated in this either I never had anywhere near that before, usually 2 cups of black tea at most. You got me hook line and sinker on this shit now, big ups.

Yeah I never had a breakfast that wasn't cereal or bread based. I'd no idea apples had carbs in them before 🤔 ha.
