This Build Does INSANE Damage!

Showcasing my favorite and in my opinion the strongest prismatic hunter build in the game. Liar's handshake is fun and great and all, but this build will shine way more in higher end content

I'm using something very similar, but I've found Facet of Solitude more useful than Facet of Balance, the sever blast makes it easier to darkness debuff things you can't safely approach, proccing Facet of Courage

I do something similar since I use magnetic grenade and facet of dominance for the weaken. I then use the stasis melee and facet of dawn to apply slow for the darkness debuff and radiant. The benefit here is that you can the damage boost at a range since the grapple melee and slow dodge are close range. As a bonus I replace Winter's Shroud with GPG since the shuriken can get kills easily, and I pair Stylish with facet of Blessing to heal and go invis on melee kills. So I can charge up a strong grenade and save the magnetic for stronger enemies; I have Assassin's Cowl utility built in with Stylish and Blessing, and I still get the 58% damage boost but from a range Edited to add: my last fragment is Purpose in case anyone's wondering Also you can replace the melee with the threaded spike. I just prefer the shuriken since it has 2 charges and I can have it more often with gambler's dodge

Jsyk, this build can and will become amplified. Arc multikills from any source on prismatic will amplify you. So galvanic armor is definitely worth running if you’re getting any kills with indebted.

an interesting combo when using the new pale hearts "dealer's choice" origin is that still hunt counts, by using something like the call+still hunt+the strand lmg you can generate pretty crazy super energy and you still have still hunt so you can just pump out celestials constantly

i saw you liking all our comments so i had to come back to say what was different from my version lol ....... i ran stylish executioner for the extra safety invis brings because i also have a very low recov stat. i took courage, dawn, protection, and purpose the same as you but i only have 5 total so i left out grace because i am too OCD about giving up my tier 10 resilience and i swapped out balance for solitude. the only 2 armor mod changes are that i did 1 void surge with recuperation and orbs of restoration for a tiny bit more survivability and ability regen. class item i swapped out powerful attraction for reaper for extra orbs. more orbs = more free restoration keeping me alive lol. overall its an amazing build that can shine in any activity.

Hey Tizzle great video. I’m going to be honest Prismatic isn’t my cup of tea but I still watch the videos. Your passion for build crafting and love of the game is inspiring. It seems like most YTers post “build for X content destroy in 10 seconds” but to me your builds are for a lack of a better term, “the love of the game.” I enjoy that kind of content keep it up.

bad juju was my first exotic too, and i remember back then people hated it because the damage wasn't as good as red death and most other guns.... When they introduced it to D2 it was always lacking in damage... now imma go home and put this to work... thanks

And ANOTHER THING... am I the only one that things the bad juju needs some kind of taken style debuff , maybe a random chance when you get string of curses enemies hit get a curse debuff? Or a similar witch smoke, since touch of malice had bonus damage and a smoke ball debuff. Thorn and Austo have poison, touch has bonus damage and debuff, necro had some juicy explosions and all those guns can work together. But bad juju gets left out. What do you guys think?

I remember my pre armour rework pre solar 3.0 hunter build was all super mods, A celestial with pulse rifle super generation and bad juju. I could get super up in like a minute. My favourite memory of that build was playing lake of shadows and just turning a poor taken thrall to pieces cause I could. it felt like dropping a nuke on an ant! So its nice to see that build potentially coming back. *Edit* I watched a lil further in as well and I had no idea Celestial got buffed to generate super energy on headshot final blows! that was the thing that the pre solar 3.0 marksman super tree had that allowed you to get super back really quick....Imma get on my hunter soon now.

I was trying out a similar build on warlock with Apotheosis Veil and i found that a weapon with Thresh works better for gaining super than Bad Juju and also frees up exotic slot for still hunt

you could use 2 dealers choice weapons aswell i guess? dont know how the super regen compares to bad juju. u can also apply darkness debuff with the call, with splice. no hesitation is godlike in harder content if your not playing alone at least. maybe a bold endings with headstone for darkness debuff and a buried bloodline for an extra weaken source.

Is Golden Gun with Celestial the best one off now because rn with Artifact mods I'm pretty sure star eater Nova Bomb and Twilight arsenal are pretty contentious if not out right more damage.

I do like my nighthawk build from last season, and was looking for a way to make it work on prismatic, and i know still hunt is busted but I feel thats getting nerfed and i suck at using that sniper haha. Have you considered the sever fragment? That can get youba fast darkness debbuff without needing an ability, plus cutting a champ, tormentor, or bosses damage output is very nice.

@@Based_Shogun still hunt is basically another super that you can get in 6 kills/crits which is arguably quite faster than what bad Juju can accomplish… so I don’t think I’m missing the point haha

​@diegoorozco8659 i agree with you but still hunt just does not work in certain nightfalls. Most nightfall bosses move a lot so it'll be hard to hit the crit if you cast it at the wrong time. A good example of this is the birthplace of the vile boss encounter where he goes invis, throws down the purple invincible things, and moves a bunch. Also sniper flinch is HORRIBLE when enemies are shooting at you and if you want to kill a barrier colossus or normal one goodluck becauss it pushes the scope away completely making it hard to center it

What’s your opinion on swapping threaded specter for Stylish executioner and the melee for combination blow? Doing a sort of semi assassins cowl playstyle, you could even swap the grenade for the void one and run the facet that has void grenades weaken on hit to keep the buffs/debuffs available to you still. Weaken from grenade or melee after stylish prock, slow from dodge, radiance from a melee hit.

I tried it. The key part is that you do NOT want any combination blow up, because that kills the huge dmg exploit. The main problem I find is was to keep myself alive.

Hey tizzle, based off the mid season update, what do you think on this build now? Asking because i came across a juju/Orpheus with teather and wondering which you would vote for now. Edit: aztecross did damage testing and now the solo shot hits just barely more damage than the 3 crits... like 27 more damage barely. Its sad.

If you are going to run Bad Juju then just run it with Silence and Squall, and Class Artifact of Spirit of Galanor. You will have a super every minute. Zero reason to run GG without Still Hunt and Nighthawk.
