As some of you might know, I once weighed 154 pounds and decided to lose weight for better health.
I managed to reach 121 pounds.
Now, I want to share the salad recipes that helped me with you.
I'll try to post one of my salads along with meal prepping it on this channel every week.
This cabbage and apple salad has a creamy high-protein dressing, making it a great choice for dinner and keeping me full for longer.
if you want to meal prep this salad, know that it can be stored in the fridge for up 2 days. So, you can't make a big batch for the whole week.

I GOT THE IDEA OF USING HARD-BOILED EGGS IN THE SALAD DReSSING FROM PAMELA'S INSTAGRAM PAGE, AND I THANK HER FOR THIS GREAT IDEA.
ingredients:
Half a green cabbage
Two carrots
one apple
1 small red onion
bunch of dill
Two hard-boiled eggs
Two tablespoons of mustard
Two tablespoons of organic honey
Aromatic herbs to taste. I used chives
1 or 2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
Juice of one whole lemon
A dash of water or a bit of apple cider vinegar to thin the dressing
