I love cooking vegetarian recipes, especially cauliflower recipes. Cook cauliflower! Cauliflower is delicious! Cauliflower and mushrooms go great together. Delicious and healthy! I make this cauliflower casserole when I'm short on time! Cauliflower recipes fast. Simply cut cauliflower with mushrooms, add vegetables, eggs and bake in the oven with cheese. I love cooking vegetables in the oven! This cauliflower is so delicious! Cauliflower with cheese. Grab cauliflower and eggs and make a delicious veggie casserole! Healthy dinner recipe!
Recipe and ingredients:
1 kg of cauliflower.
Boil in salted water for 8 minutes (until tender).
2 tablespoons of milk.
3 eggs.
Using a mixer, beat the eggs and cauliflower until fluffy.
3 tablespoons of flour.
3 large mushrooms.
1/2 red bell pepper.
2 small carrots
1 onion.
1 tomato.
1/2 yellow peppers.
olive oil
Fry all the prepared vegetables.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Dried Mint.
Bulgarian peppers
Lubricate the mold with oil.
Cauliflower.
Repeat after me. You will be delicious!
Place the fried vegetables on top.
150 grams of cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
Enjoy your meal!
