Im 99% sure he has a different keybind instead of ultimate, maybe it's his cheating software of something. This person obviously gets overwhelmed hence they cannot move and shoot at the same time. It's's highly likely they can't figure out how to put ultimate on a different keybind.

Careful what you wish for. If there's enough cheaters for Emongg to make consistent content like this, it means we have a serious problem in our game. Just take a look at Varsity Gaming's R6 siege cheater series. He's been doing it for years and will do 5-6 games at a time. You basically can't play siege these days without running into a cheater.

When you DC twice from the same ranked game, you get timed out for like 15 minutes. Him not coming back after the second disconnect might be due to the DC penalty.

It's also why it took him a few minutes to come back the first time. It will lock you out even if you just DC if your power went out. The system doesn't care
