Cinnamon buns have to be one of life's guiltiest pleasures. I mean, it's all there. The cinnamon. The brioche dough. The sweet, sticky satisfaction of brown sugar lava burning your fingertips, but you don't care. This is the closest thing I've had to a mall-cinnamon bun, but at home. Hi there, those buns looks great. do you have the measurements in metric? I find recipes with cups a bit tricky as they don't yield the same results all the time.

Unfortunately, I don't! But you could probably get the conversions online. Thinking about this recipe - I think I'd like to try to redo it with just weight. That way you get more reliable results every time!

Yum!! I have a love for citrus and my favorite is lemon. You can use the same exact recipe, just swap out the cinnamon sugar for the zest of 2 lemons (I’ve also done this with oranges) and a cup of regular sugar for the inside mixture with plenty of butter. I subscribe to the Julia Child view on butter 😅… these will cause a riot in the house. Absolutely to die for 🤤
