I'm not a huge fan of Avida, either, but for a different reason- maintenance issues. But I will say this, the guards and staff are friendly, and a pleasure to deal with.

Avida sucks tbh. They don't also allow food deliveries in the lobby and not pet friendly. BOOOOO!I cringed looking at the 1st condo, owner tried real hard to squeeze in 4 people in a small unit. 50k? no way! You're. like living in prison lol. You can find a much bigger unit with that price. Even if I will be given an Avida condo I will definitely decline 😂 UPDATE: they will now implement a storage fee for unclaimed item/deliveries. How wack is that? I think they are the only condo here in BGC who does that shiz.

1st unit - Bad wood and material combinations. Beds looks so odd. 2 folks staying in that bunkbed will die with sweat. Noticed in Avida's didnt allow for split AC which are more efficient than window types.

Why would there be an Avida in BGC? It’s low end condo at high end price?

Terrible. First one you can barely even walk into with the table right in front of the entrance. Bedrooms are insanely small. 50,000 pesos a month?? I pay 65,000 for a 75sqm, two bedroom in Forbestown. Second one isn’t as bad, but the desk just sticking out in the living room? Bed just pushed up against the windows? They’ve tried to make it look appealing with decent fittings but it’s so tight.

That first design is ridiculous. 4 people living in a tiny studio 😂 The second unit looks like a pimp's office. Terrible decor. 50 grand each for those two monstrosities. BGC. 😂

That is a steal for 50k. Perfect as a bachelor pad or for a couple. Does it come with a parking space?. Have you ventured out of BGC into Makati. How about Rockwell, Forbes park ,Bel air. Ayala alabang.

The Seaside Residences in Manila are wayyyyyy better and they are less than half the price. Mine was $400 USD per month

They are near everything. Convenience stores, restaurants, ATMs and different shops are on the ground floor of all the different buildings plus they have 3 swimming pools and a jacuzzi on bottom floor.

ah Sea Residences, my friend handles many units there. Yes its cheaper there but smaller units. We sell units and rent out units there.

@@TheresaEstrella-iy6vh yea the units are rather cozy but the location and amenities more than make up for the size to me. I certainly wouldn't stay there for extended stay but a short term stay is really comfortable.

Too much interior design will incur higher improvement taxes and Capita gains tax hence, they will ask for higher rent rate.

That's nothing with our Apartment here in Sampaloc Near National University, Sampaloc. We've been here since 2006 college Days... 12k/monthly and we got 3 rooms and one big Sala and a decent kitchen and laundry area with one CR. BGC is just a business area, I know it's good place. But for me I've been an OFW in MiddleEast since 2014.. I will still love to stay in our Apartment than getting a unit in BGC.

@guillermosanchez1224 Exactly! Your eyes is one of the main ways your body absorbs vitamin D from the sun. The whole thing about needing to wear sunglasses is a sham. Same with sun screen - it prevents your body from absorbing vitamin D.

Omg, that 1st unit got me into thinking cruelty to people. At 50k per month that’s outrageous. Maybe in Japan or NYC but not in PH. Avida is not a very good choice for condo hunting. Look elsewhere.
