I also think the Demon Realms are like proto-universes and Namekians and Glinds and maybe Yardrats share some common origin. One little theory I've come up with is that a race or character's type of magic may have some correlation with which Demon World they hail from. We know that both Nameks and Glinds are from the 2nd Demon World and they seem to excel at creating things like Dragon Balls, etc. so races from the 2nd may have a strong affinity for creation/materialization magic for instance.

I’m a big fan of the divine trinity of each universe having specific origins from the three realms. The Glind are demons put in charge of creation, Destroyers are elected from the mortal realm, and the Angels represent Heaven keeping the Destroyers in check. I don’t know how much AT meant for that to be the setup or if it’s an accident of retcons being layered on top of each other repeatedly, but it still makes for a cool kind of symmetry to the divine figures in the lore.

I don't know if Namekians are purely "genderless" because I believe that back when Dragon Ball Super Super Hero came out there was this meme or something about Piccolo and Pan's teacher getting together and that made people talk about if Piccolo has what it takes for a physical relationship, and then there was a statement put out by Toriyama or someone in the Dragon Ball room that stated that Piccolo does has reproductive organs and that Namekains reproduction is the sexual organs that is used with the other reproductive organs in the Namekians's chest or mouth of whatever, and then they spit out the eggs to hack and that is how they reproduce, or something like that, but that is how I believe that they said that Namekians reproduce, so since they would have that reproductive system, then maybe they do have a gender, but Glinds/Kais are just genderless from being birthed from trees. I could be looking too deep into it, but tell me what you all think and if there is anything that I am wrong about.

Toriyama speculated that Nameks might be hermaphrodites, which fits with the whole snail/slug theme.

In real life, snails and slugs can reproduce sexually so, in theory...but I'm not sure how that would work with Nameks. In some of the games we have hints that some Nameks might be interested in romance, but we don't see anyone really pursue it.

It doesn't say that they choose their gender they might still come out looking like that and are automatically labeled that way. Shin could have just meant that we're not men and women in the sense that we don't sexually reproduce like your men and women. Also when it comes to fusion at least in the manga it is only supreme Kai's that fuse permanently if a normal one fuses with anybody it's still only lasts an hour And the truth is when it comes to shin and his other kind leaving the realm I think it's probably going to be revealed that she didn't actually chose to stay behind for the longest time. He's probably going to reveal that he used to be a bad guy like his siblings but at some point he came to the mortal realm and he saw the light and then became The apprentice of the Grand supreme Kai

Not saying these reveals arent great, but as i watch dragon ball daima after z and super, along with how you do story telling for your what if's, i wonder if a lot of these reveals are just puffs of nothing since they don't drive the story or hype up an event yet.

I honestly just think nothing introduced in Super is canon to Daima. Like, Beerus almost certainly doesnt exist in Daima, just as he doesnt in GT

@@simpgod2170 Not really. In Dbz Battle of Gods Movie Beerus said there was 12 universes. Ironic thing is in Dragonball Multiverse Fanmanga Universe 7 is also The Universe Number of Gast Caraloch who is also getting his own universe version of Android Saga.
