@@SmugStick It causes the water to explode into steam, and the steam carries the oil on it, which also burns, spreading the fire further. If your frying pan starts to burn, never extinguish it with water, instead cover it up with a rug to cut the airflow away from fire.

Lets be real the starting two at the beginning when they are doing PSA for fires the animation usually is lower quality so using designs of characters previously used helps speed it up and also lets me real kids will probably listen more with things they enjoy cause I do remember seeing similar things with other shows characters so it makes sense they do wanna use popular characters since kids more then likely pay attention to their ‘heroes’ and such

Dragon Ball Special: Hyper Anime Dragon Ball lowkey features a rare art of Frieza in third form with his tail fully intact, remember he lost the tip of his tail in his second form, and when he transformed the tip remained cut, we never really knew what his tail would have looked like undamaged. Even in the Daizenshuu it was always depicted as cut in official concept art. There may be others that exist, but not that I know of.

The street crossing PSA is especially ironic given Goku's literally hit by a car in his first appearance, and it makes sense he wouldn't be used to navigating busy city roads living in the wilderness so long. Though I guess young Goku also DID help put out a big fire... Ive heard Goku Returns 40:00 gets some shit because the canonicity is wild (no I will never accept Tarble as a serious thing, and in general DBZ fans worry too much about "canon") but then you realize for a return-to-tv fun little special not really concerned with such things, it's much more fun.

Thanks for explaining of all the Dragon Ball the forgotten special stuff or something. And I did see some of it on KZbin in the past and it is pretty interesting and pretty fun too. And yes I still really love Dragon Ball MANGA and ANIME. And in the past in 2018 before they put the series Anime of the Yokai Monsters & Ghost called "Gegege no Kitaro" The One-Eyed Yokai-Boy. And I do remember the last episode of Dragons Ball SUPER it was pretty awesome! And even in like previous where they called like trailer or something of Dragon Ball SUPER Movie: Broly. And yes I was not mad but upset you know like sad right about the last episode of Dragon Ball SUPER but at least I did watch the last episode and the movie and then years later another movie of Dragon Ball SUPER: SUPER HERO I still love it and then you already know the new anime series of Dragon Ball Daima and it is pretty okay. Anyways about Gegege no Kitaro I did watch all the episodes and even they have an old series once even in 1968, 1971, 1985, 1996, 2007 & even finally 2018 and even they have the old movies too and I did watch the new movie like in I can't remember like in August or September on the free anime movie or something? Anyways I did start to like it before in April 2019. And I became a SUPER BIGGEST FAN of Gegege no Kitaro! And don't worry I'm still a fan of Dragon Ball and it is part of my childhood.
