If your rgb lights start to go on for no reason when switched off or stop working. I tried bios shut off, software did nothing to turn the rgb lights for fans off or color change. When this computer was bought last year the recycle looking button on top worked to change colors and if held down would shut the lights off. None off that works for some reason now although I haven't changed anything on the computer. My only thought was maybe power surge screwed up the board. Anyway, if you have this problem and want the lights off and don't feel like spending hours trying to find a solution like I did just unplug the 3 wires from the board shown at 2:23 in this video.

I have 3 CyberPower PCs two are custom configs, and one is a prebuilt from BestBuy. No complaints with any of them. The Custom Configs were bought back in 2021 and the prebuilt was bought back in Sep 2024 I just didn't have the $1500 to throw at a custom Config and for the same price as a laptop with lower specs I got the PC and a Monitor ON SALE! Wife loves it with the Unicorn Puke RGB lights. I would have set them all to one static color (Blue) because colors changing drive me crazy.

@@Nunya1765I’m loving it. It is running all of my games on high and ultra easily. Have about 40+ hrs on Dragons Dogma 2 with no crash and minimal stutters. Stays cool, very cool despite looking like it has little airflow. First time playing cyberpunk on ultra😮. Can’t wait for Ghost of Tsushima.

If you need a great gaming PC, just wait for Black Friday or Prime Day. I got a MSI built pc with a i7 14700F, RTX 4070 Super, 80+ gold PSU, 2 TB memory, 32 GB DDR5, Windows 11 Pro for $1200 on Prime Day. Only downside was it took a week to build and ship to me.

400 watt power supply in you pc part picker. That should be 650 gold minimum. Also you need to show CPU temps more than GPU temps.

haha you said one of the first things as you opened it the airflow is pretty good i say the case is a oven ! i know cases like this where the fan is so near as the glas with experience because we must change them all the time to good cases !

4:17 I own that same cpu cooler (except it's the amd version). It is pretty good for a low profile cooler. My ryzen 5 5600g runs at about 65 degrees under stress

I bought a “comparable” cyberpowerpc from walmart for $860 after my discount and taxes. Ryzen 5 7600, rx 7600 8gb, 1 stick I’d 6000mhz ddr5, 1tb gen 4 nvme ssd, 5 rgb fans and the same keyboard and mouse. After adding 3 more sticks of 6000mhz ddr5 for a total of 64 I have just under $1000 into it.

Yes and no! Yes it's easy plug and play, and NO because the power supply included with this machine is 600w, and that's like the minimum for gaming pc! If you go with more powerful gpu, this psu can't do the job!! So unless you get a gpu with similar power required to this 4060 it won't work.

good vid. yea its mostly windows that ruins building ur own pc. its like 120 bucks for a little windows 11 USb, and on top of that they are hard to buy. you have to like special order them from microsoft. and dont get me started on illegally getting windows and then buying a key. that is the most overrated garbage by online nerds. not fun at all to do that. maybe back 10 years ago when it was ez and internet companies didnt mind if u torrented and stole stuff once and a while. but yea not a horrible buy at all. id def get a case with better airflow, and a better cooler. absolutely would grab a used gpu, and ssd even. this would prob come out to about 900 with full windows 11. i dont think intel/nvidia is the best option if ur on a budget as well. def a ryzen cpu and a used gpu is the only type of "deal" u can get with these pricey PC's

I've only owned one new pc in my life and would not buy another. All the rest have been off lease workstations upgrading the psu and adding a 1 or 2 gen old gpu. All have been $450 + or - 50 never been one who had to have the latest and greatest. You have to do some homework to avoid proprietary mb/psu Connections, Dell #1 for this BS. Ive seen dell MB that would not power on without the oem power switch to prevent you from switching cases I guess to push you towards buying new. If I was someone who didnt know about the proprietary BS and found out down the road the last thing I would do is go spend more $ with them. no way will the next one be that cheap, between inflation and the tariffs trump is gonna slap on china Its gonna be 200 or more, more expensive but thats a few years away. But we got that allmost brand new foxcon factory thats mostly unused so who knows maybe we will see gpu's made here that would be cool.

The 4060 isn’t even that much better than my 2060 super I have right now they are both 8gb cards and 8gb cards are falling behind now. and that tiny cpu cooler and mini atx mother board put me off. Plus the glass front on the case is bad airflow. 600 watt power supply limits upgrades too so I think I’ll just build one instead.

I could of got this pc yesterday for 500 to replace the one I built that’s older. The 4060 8gb really put me off because it’s not much better than the 2060 super I have now I’ve heard its only like a 20 percent performance gain.
