The exterior design is always great, I love it. But in every video, the viewers are always complaining about the lack of bathroom and where you place the bathroom, but you won't listen. In this case, the visitors has to go to the second floor to go to the bathroom which is weird. You could have made the layout of the dining and kitchen a bit different and you could have fit a powder room. There's still so much space to add a powder room!

Es fehlt eine Gästetoilette im Erdgeschoss, es sei denn, dies Haus ist für Menschen, welche keinen Besuch bekommen. Ein Glaswand vor den Einstieg in die Badewanne zu platzieren ist ein Patzer. Die Küche ist dysfunktional und zu fitzelig im Zusammenspiel mit den anderen Räumen. Und wer stellt einen Fernseher direkt vor die Fenster? Das ist unsinnig.

Once again, no real open concept with a horribly designed isolated kitchen. Who would want to cook in there. No half bath downstairs, a washer/dryer in the kitchen when laundry is generated upstairs. This channel is all about selling products and not about home design.
