that album was also recorded in Spanish. The bassist, Billy Sheehan, had told DLR that the spanish speaking market was an untapped reservoir and growing. DLR was ahead of the curve by recording that album in Spanish. It may not be perfect but at least he tried

Maybe I'm thinking outside the box here, but I'm starting to believe Dave recently developed schizophrenia yet is still high-functioning enough to sit down with a video editing program and upload stuff to KZbin with the little knowledge of computers he has. Notice how all photos are arranged the same way and there are no transitions & several repeat photos, the hallmarks of a boomer just barely able to work editing software. This shouldn't have seen the light of day; it's a nonsensical rant that serves no purpose. I also believe that him or someone in his camp have paid to viewbot his videos. A lot of the comments here seem to exhibit this overzealous support of Dave and perfectly understand what he's saying despite him babbling like a psych ward patient. That would only be possible if ChatGPT or an equivalent AI model was able to read the transcript of his monologue and generate some kind of response to it. A human would rightfully pick it up as insane nonsense, which they have hence the numerous articles from rock music press about these videos.

I honestly didn't have anything against Wolfgang until a new line of guitars came out with EVH on the headstock that are nothing like Eddie's guitars. Hollow bodies with Wolfgang pickups in it. Those are WVH guitars not EVH guitars. It seems that he was killing his father's legacy by changing what Ed created. I figured I'd buy the Red striped guitar I had my eye on before this idiot starts changing things even more, when I saw that guitar now has Wolfgang pickups in it. This entitled little brat. But, it was probably better for him in the long run to not be in Van Halen. You could see that going to the VH III days with Cherone that Michael was really just going through the motions and while I’m sure it was tough, it opened him up to a lot of new opportunities with Sammy (Chickenfoot, the Circle, etc.).

Yawn....the purest definition of an egotistical has been. He was a clown shoe back in the 80's and literally nothing has changed. Without EVH no one would know or care who he is. Wow! A lot of negativity towards Dave. I don't mind hearing this kind of stuff. We know this band has been dysfunctional with all of it's members. Nothing wrong with hearing some stories, he's shared many positive stories too. There's been tons of stuff thrown his way over the years, he normally doesn't instigate. I like Sammy too, but he always talks shit about everybody.
