I would love to see someone point out how many of her own body features fit her definition of trans.
@spacecat854 ай бұрын
trans guy here, can confirm. it's so annoyingly common for too many folks to take those slight differences as absolutes, rather than as the tendencies they are (as in, men tend to have broader shoulders, women tend to have wider hips). I know cis women who look very masculine and others who have such a slender build there's just barely any curves. that's just normal human variation. the majority of differences are soft tissue, and that can reinforce or hide skeletal structures.

True. One time I was stalked by a crazy Christian for over 2 years. When I finally told my mom what he was doing, she left a bad review on his page where he offered to visit people to perform for them. Between his performances at my birthday party(the day we met) he would pull me aside into the hallway that was like a small room and gang up on me with his mom because they wanted to control my life. I was scared and too nice to tell my mom at the time. I gave these people multiple chances. My mom was pissed that this harassment continued after my birthday party via tests and 1 call where he ranted at me and my mom. She didn't realize the reason he called that 1 time was due to his bigotry and control freak tendencies. He blocked me the last day he harassed me because he got a notification for the review my mom left, exposing him for the clingy sick creature he is.

A lot of what the women is saying about Zendaya has some weird racial undertones to it. Often black and other women of color are seen as more masculine just because their features don't match typical european standards, so a lot of what she's pointing out are just because they're things she hasn't seen in white women. Like women vary in appearance, there is no typical appearance or features a woman should have.

@@icceboxx the good old CSI effect! But I totally agree, and also as a fellow and former forensic Anth student (graduated) the as they failed to identify the brow ridge. More accurately is the glabella and Zendaya’s is smooth and Tom’s is more pronounced. Indicating that Tom’s skull is presenting more and male as opposed to Zendaya’s which is presenting as more female. The gonial flaring of the mandible is another characteristic but it also relative to the overall gestalt of the skull and crania. As for a “thick neck and Adams Apple” those are soft tissue and present differently in every individual as it’s dependent upon musculature. Now if the OP could see thru them with their X-RAY glasses they got from the back of a Sears-Roebuck catalog in 1952 and tell us about the pelvis then they would see the “truth”. Since the only way to determine someones sex, and not gender, with accuracy is by the pelvis.

It was always "why do you dress like that", "why does your body look like that", "why don't you let your fucking hair out"... Fucking enough! jsyk, trans guys can actually develop adams apples! i've had terfs call me mtf based on it and it always makes me lose my mind laughing if i post myself in drag with the caption "trans people are people" in an average social media setting, I will have terfs flood the comments assuming I was born male and get free ego strokes by having them point out my very male skeleton.

This is a big thing in Forensic Anthropology too, if a person’s identity isn’t already known, differing gender between skeletons is somewhat difficult as different sex markers appear on a scale from male to female. In short: everybody has a mix of both male and female markers on their bones. So to say that one person is trans because they have sharper cheekbones (usually attributed to male sex markers) is transphobic.
@itsruarc Жыл бұрын
Yep. They can make educated guesses, but unless the person the mystery skeleton was originally inside of has given birth or been decently far along in pregnancy, they really can't say what sex 100% definitively without additional information.
@corn7087 Жыл бұрын
@@itsruarc That's why they use social markers to figure it out, like some cultures will bury their women with pottery and their men with weapons. Human graves have been found with "male" skeletons buried in the fashion the culture would normally bury women, indicating trans people all through human history who were loved and respected.

Wouldn’t the best way to distinguish gender be the shape of pelvic bones? Female pelvic bones are wider then males due to them giving birth
@saryntoews Жыл бұрын
@@dessieangel1021 true, female pelvic bones tend to be more bowl shaped to support carrying babies but a male who loved overweight may show similar attributes from the downward pressure of his weight into his skeleton. You are correct, females usually have bowl shaped pelvis’s while males tend to have longer straighter ones

@@itsruarcthe case of Julie Doe comes to mind. she was sadly a trans woman murder victim, based on her bones the investigators thought she was a cis woman who had been pregnant at some point during her life. later on they realized she had been a trans woman, and her pelvic bones had probably widened due to her hormone treatment.

The most absurd thing is that both of them literally grew before our eyes. They were in the insdustry since they were literal children. Tom was like, nine in his first movie and we saw Zendaya grow up in Disney the platform that would’ve never had her as one of their biggest stars if she was trans😂😂😂😂😂
