You can do this, Wendy. Trim down to only the absolute few things you need to live. Eat super clean, organic, and healthy. Nothing altered by man, if possible. Remember this, you are already the richest person in the world.. Just look down at you feet and look at your beautiful furry kids' eyes looking back up at you. They wear the same clothes every day and are always so happy to be by your side... Live for them, live clean and simple and in nature, and you now have the absolute best that life can offer.
