​@AntiDoctor-cx2jd The issue is that zergs production method is op as all hell so they only get shitty units to compensate for it. All zerg units are bad. Zerg isnt cost effective. They're just the preferred race of every dominant player in sc2s history.

I haven’t followed sc2 particularly closely recently, but from my perspective, it seems like Zerg are doing fine against everyone other than Clem. So by that logic, the nerfs couldn’t have been too bad. I was expecting a lot more drop off than I’ve seen.

After the recent Dark's loses, i am so overjoyed to see him in game 1. Such a great performance! Love what he is doing with the burrow and droperlords/nydus. I am hoping he perfects the craft, starts actually spreading the zerglings and banelings for that use 4 scans or lose the main to unburrowing zerglings. Such a terror style zerg: they are in the walls! :D

Clem won the series against Dark without building a Raven so apparently there's a reason for it. Probably because its one less medivac which is a better unit overall for his play style despite not being a detector and because he plans on making enough orbitals for scans which are better. Raven just dies so easy as well. Its not near as good as the BW Science Vessel and isn't support other than detection so its a liability.

1 : Mines are cloacked while burrowed , even after they fired after the armory is complete! 2: Mines can hit ground AND air for high enough single target dmg to 1 shot many units and deal a rather meaningfull aoe dmg ! 3: Mines don't die upon attacking, & they can recharge! 4: They're cheap and easy to mass produce ( just as banelings ) and overall yeld better results than banelings after these were nerfed !

@@hoffa57 Mines are more area denial compared to banelings, and force détection out of the opponent They're only immobile while burrowed, and although it's a bit more APM intensive to reposition them during a fight, their présence is far more meaningful than banelings unless You get backed against the Edge of the Map in which case enough banes anihilate almost anything which isn't Armored on the ground! Mines are an anchor/ tactical Point to Lure the ennemy forces in to thin their numbers and hp... banes are slightly more offensive oriented in that regard, but a few mines ( let's Say 5) can kill far more units than banes, also unless they're on Creep, banes can be outrun! Supply wise I can't argue, mines need more!

@@RubysWrath then maybe you need to reevaluate your opinion on players of the race. Is Serral good? Yeah, he’s the best. But he’s the best because he’s BORING. He plays the race exactly to the T the way it was designed to be played and very rarely takes any risks or tries something against the meta. His APM, his overall knowledge of the game isn’t 30%+ win rate above Dark. Dark and a lot of other Zergs just do stupid, stupid shit on the regular. Dark, Solar, Rogue etc easily have the skill to compete on the same level as Serral but it’s their own decision making that make them lose on the regular. Serral isn’t a God who is infinitely better at the game than all of the other top tier Zergs, the only real difference between them is how they choose to play. If Dark stopped all of his batshit shenanigans tomorrow and chose instead to play boring matches without trying any of his usual tricks and cheese I guarantee his win rate would skyrocket.
