Because peoples deckchoices are limited by their abikity to afford every deck. As f2p you can make 2 maybe 3 current decks. So not everyone wants to invest into rogue decks

Plunder is simultaneously too fair of a deck and too hard to pilot. The amount of returns you get from truly learning the deck inside and out are way too low so no one sticks with it

Plunder Patroll are pretty good rn but I think Ninjas are better going 2nd against Kash. Book of Moon goes pretty brazy and they can play around Arise-Heart and most handtraps pretty well.

if you want to bait with purrely you need to have a good hand or spend a lot of recourses to the point you don't have enough

You have LITERALLY 18 different forms to summon Lyly in Purrely. Why the heck would you bait interruption if your opponent knows it has a 96% chance you have a way to summon Lyly in your first turn? This could only work in gold or silver. Otherwise opponent will always hold hand traps for Lyly. Just to prove: 3 Lylys, 12 Quick play spells that summon Lyly and 3 My friend that draws Lyly or Quick play spell to summon lyly = 18. If you put in a probability calculator 18 cards in a 40 card deck probability will be 96% to open at least one in 5 card hand.

I hate the fact that I have to play ash max call by etc to “ have fun” or “have a chance”. Konami sucks and the current state of MD sucks💯💯💯and I refuse to play all these hand traps so plat is as far as I got and as far as I will get but hey at least I do it with a true GK deck or this deck that as no archetype I built with no extra deck with annoying cards like lava golem, mirror cards token cards jar cards etc. I just made plat today beating branded kash and BEs in gold one with that goofy deck that shouldn’t win in silver let alone in gold one but it feels good to be original different and actually build my deck from scratch with no blue print and not a follower like most MD players💯💯
