15:47 in and a couple other times he intentionally doesnt use free zap, in a situation that doesnt call for him to, anyone know why? Like open slots, no reason not to play it, and it seemed like he noticed it was in his hand, why not use it?

Not playing Zap lets you control when the fight ends. In this run it was to put Inserter on the right number and let Genetic Algorithm upgrade to Warped Tongs before playing it.
