hey, Italian viewer here, 've been binging your vids and i'm loving them. the pasta looks really good: it's not traditional of course, but that's not necessarily a bad thing; i actually believe that the way you combined Japanese and Italian flavours was very smart and i bet it made the pasta wonderful. Also love the idea of combining mushrooms and fish, i should try it sometime
I’m a fan from Spain that loves Italian cuisine and is studying Japanese. I think your pasta looks very good. I’d suggest you to buy other Italian brands if you’re importing. Barilla is popular in Italy, but many Italians recommend other brands like De Cecco, Garofalo, Rummo or La Molisana. I’m learning a lot about Japanese cooking from your videos. ありがとうございます!

The brands you suggested are famous in japan and available. He chose Barilla because of its availability and cost performance. After all, I also buy a lot of Barilla.

@@ironik0916 There's nothing wrong with that. I just suggested that, considering that he was importing already, there's other brands that I recommend
I'm Korean. I always thank you for adding Korean subtitle with your video. Stunning, serious, fun, tasty your video is. Nothing can describe your way of fliming how to cook. Oh, God.... I'm totally into your videos.
