Great stuff, Kara. The tips remind me of an experience. I worked briefly with a relatively new consultant at a major consulting company. He received feedback about improving his clothing and general fashion sense. He dressed poorly enough that it distracted from his knowledge. The next time I saw him, he did look a bit better.
