I cured my type 2 diabetes as well. Blood glucose was 250 daily average. Down to 85, in just two days. Confirmed at my 4 month follow up appointment with my HbA1c going down from 11.8% to 5.5%. Cure confirmed. By eating a zero carb diet. I ate a high fat, moderate protein diet. That was 7 years ago. Today I'm still diabetes free. Still eating a meat only diet. Zero plants ever. No deficiencies, and zero supplements. Also cured my arthritis, asthma, kidney stones. oh yeah, and reversed my cancer of 10 years prior. So if you want to rid yourself of a lot of health problems. Join the carnivore movement. It works.

You can achieve these results without torturing, exploiting and abusing animals, that's what this channel is about. I reversed all my health issues with plants. Arthritis, auto-immune, insulin resistance, candida, cramps (I'm female) hot flashes etc.

@@flattlandermontgomery1524 and you will get malnutrition without the animal protein or animal fats. Sorry. Its a cold cruel world out there. Time to wake up and smell the bacon. Eating plants is not healthy. Never has been. Many, as in most, of our nutrients is only found in animal meats. Plants are mostly anti-nutrient, as they have many things in them, that block the uptake of what they do have. Oxalates for one example. I have yet to hear of anyone that is carnivore only quitting because of any health problems. Yet hear nearly everyday, of some vegan quitting after a few years because of catastrophic health failure.

@Technician462, so glad that works for you! I bet it comes down to genetics. In my case, such a diet led to huge cholesterol issues and worrisome reduced kidney function. Going plant based reversed those issues for me. And I avoided having to go on statins, etc. I wish I could do the carnivore thing again, but my body just can’t handle it.

Yes, get the guide because even though he's type 1, this is good for type 2 as well. Scroll through the comments, there are testimonials from people with type 2 who reversed it.

@@KonstantinZabelin-z1u Yes, that's the solution. Some people need guidance. There's a few resources. This channel provides some, then there is Challenge 22 I think it's called. A free service that helps people get started on a healthy plant based diet.
