The difficulty spike does ease out a LOT once you get to level 86 and pick up sharpen/potent and your aura. Those just help so much, especially going into Khrysalis.

Honestly, getting access to Sharpen and Potent trap is just a life safer with adding more to the blades and traps making it do even more. x'D I hope he'll get far enough to gain them lol.

@@sparksflamanic He shouldn't have much issue actually getting there; It's the boss that might be tricky since he can't just do the strat I'm familiar with, which is just kill the minions, die, then go back in to 1v1 the boss without the risk of the minions using Efreet.

@@xsorrowxkingx5051 Ah, I think I might know what boss you're talking about but it's been so long since I've fought in Azteca that it's hard to remember all the bosses now. x'D That will be a troublesome fight..reminds me of the strat people use for fighting the final boss in Lemuria, they tend to flee after defeating the left side so they can heal up and all if needed and then go back to fight the right side.

Only playing this off a sub is pretty rough not going to lie. I mean it just takes like 10-20 mins each fight XD. They should really add a spd up function I get its hard because other players can join fights but watching every animation is just time and consuming.

@@DHankins19Honestly, mood. I sometimes wish we can just speed through some of the animations cuz some spells feel like they just take forever to cast because of their animations. If anything they could at least make their animations shorter instead at least.

Ponce de Gibbon is an obvious reference to Ponce de Leon, a Spanish conquistador who's most famous for discovering Florida and his quest to find the Fountain of Youth, which is why Ponce is a Myth Wizard. It's also cool because, unless I'm mistaken, Ponce is the first reference we get to Pirate101 in this game.

I've played Wizard101 for a long time and i still play it to this day. I also was able to beat Azteca as my Death Wizard I do however plan to make charaters for each of the schools (and I'll be getting the 7th character slot for that) and Try to level them all to max. Oh and i already have a Death Wizard and Life wizard that I'm working on.

Atleast the defeat and collects have mostly been nerfed lol, recently went back through Azteca on a death after not playing the game for like 7 years and I was like this seems a lot quicker than when I was little. Then I went to the old blaze and blue walkthrough and figured out they made some quests a lot more manageable lol.

Absolutelu impossible to not die unless you cheat in some fashion. Years later people have th einternet to give them answers they would not have unless first fighting the bosses at least once.Bosses often have cheats that can pretty much kill you or catch you by surprise and send you backwards in the fight.Another thing people have done is use internet information to create powerful pet bonuses which is what a lot of people are doing making solo videos. If you simply play the game as a first time run through as a new player with no knowledge you will absolutely die a LOT.

Honestly, I don’t think this game has a difficulty spike to it at all. This is one of the easier games out there, and in all honesty I could beat the game with 10-15 cards on any school.

Agree w the sentiment but I think this part of the game in specific where boss HP doubles and the level 60 gear starts to get a bit weaker definitely packs a bit more punch than everything before it. Although I think the spike goes from easy ---> still pretty easy if that makes sense, especially if you don't care about deaths bc they don't really matter unless you set a handicap
