Back to the McLaren after this! Pulling the Oil Pressure sensor and making sure there's no engine damage as we speak! Have a great day everybody!

My personal experience buying an E-Bike from Velowave is not good! I received the E-bike in 5 days and it was in perfect condition so there was no damage in shipping! It assembled in less than 30 minutes and I took it for a test ride all was well. The first issue with the bike was that it did not come with fenders or a back rack! When looking for what they offered for my bike I found that the Fenders and rack ONLY came as a package you can not buy one or the other as needed. The next issue was that the package was priced at least 2 times higher than it should have been! The bike that they sent me had 27.5-inch wheels so finding other fenders that would fit a wheel that large and the width I needed proved impossible as they were just not available anywhere! So I ended up having to buy a rack that I did not need to get fenders that would fit the bike! The fenders turned out to be cheap plastic and flimsy wire supports! 30$ in value at best, the rack was heavily built but was so far out of alignment that it took 3 people pushing and pulling to get the holes to line up to put it on! The fenders and rack should not have cost more than 100$ but were 230$!!!! The next issue was getting any information from Customer service. It was like pulling teeth! It took me 3 weeks to get the Rim Width from them. Their Documentation is severely lacking if you want to find out specifics on their products, and asking Customer Service for the missing info is an exercise in frustration! I had to deal with them several times and every time I was completely regretting buying the bike from them! Next, I started having Motor issues! I contacted them told them what was happening, and waited! They finally got back to me and asked me to give them details on what was happening with the motor, even though I had done that in the initial contact! After that, it seemed that they were ignoring my replies as they kept sending me notifications that if I did reply soon they were going to close the ticket! I tested them by sending an email to them on another address, but from the same account and they got back to me in 24 hours, but obviously were ignoring the replies from the Ticket email! This went on so long that the bike went out of warranty! As soon as it did they replied that they were sorry but they would be unable to help me because the bike was out of warranty! At that point, I lost it with them! I sent them the entire email chain and told them that they were fooling NO ONE by ignoring my replies and that the issue was clearly brought to their attention BEFORE the bike was out of warranty! It still took several weeks of back-and-forth emails before they finally sent me a new motor! The bike was working fine for a grand total of 3 weeks after the motor was installed and then the Motor controller went out! So now after dealing with this company for months I still have a bike that I have spent 1430$ that I can't ride unless I spend another 175$ for a new controller which is seemingly proprietary as it fits into such a small space in the frame that I can't find a less expensive replacement that will fit! I personally WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!!

Seems pretty massive, like it's not a fat tire but the same power train could be used for a similar bike with fat tires and this is just a more "normal commuting variant."
