2 weeks no contact, she left abruptly, has really bad BPD, I was sad at first then realized her mental issues were not worth fighting for, can't be with someone who is hot and cold. Had a really cute girl hit me up, went out with her last night. Great date. Not bad for 2 weeks later

Hello brother, i advise you to take some time for yourself before dating again. But you know yourself better than i do, i just speak out of experience, im a good looking guy that had options and went dating just after my breakup but it didn’t help me so much on the long run, cause i felt like i should use that time for myself instead. Absolutely, I know how you feel. My girlfriend of 11 years and fiance for 5 years has undiagnosed BPD very bad too. Along with a 20-year-old son that most likely has ASPD That influenced her for the breakup. There was absolutely no reason we should have ever broke up. Now it's trying to pick up the pieces 15 and 1/2 months later which is unbearable

I would not want my ex back even if he wanted to get back. Why chase someone who has clearly shown you who they are. I prefer to remain single.

I think it’s all over for my journey at this point haven’t spoken to my ex since the middle of march had a bad argument family got involved and we haven’t spoke since I think I’m ok with that now tired of being demonized when I was the one who was there the most

What is your thoughts on being dumped due to losing a parent and they break up with you as you was in a short LDR with them. Before the LDR we was living together for 6 years and we had future plans and the relationship was strong but due to life circumstances we went into LDR. She broke up with me due to country differences and because she suffered the lost from losing a parent she completely changed she become a different person this happened at Christmas and in January we broke up. There was some contact as she had to send me my belongings to me and this took a few months to sort out. I started the NO CONTACT since 11th March and not spoken to her since. Is there a chance she will realise what she is losing.? Have you come across similar cases to mine?

10 months NC. My ex was really missing me about a month ago around this time and months prior. I want to make contact and I did take my stuff before she dumped me. She has BPD but clearly won't reach out. Should I?

Nope in bpd cases they need to hit a low lower to come back. For bpd if you contact first you reinforce that they are better than you and they will use that as a way to seek other partners. If you did no contact well and you know she misses you let her reach out. Bpd you have to never fall in love entirely and always be ready. It's depressing and not worth it in the end. Let her come to you. Never re enforce her missing you make her chase. Take it slow

3wks no contact. She reached out said she's sorry she made a mistake leaving me she learned she can't just be leaving me because no other man is gonna be able to take my place. She lives with her rebound and she said he's controlling and wants me back. I told her I need to take it slow it hurt when she left me but I did cheat so I get it but I thought we could work it out. I felt she needed to go out and see other people to learn im irreplaceable.
