I guess I’m struggling to understand what a reach out is. Is a random meme considered a “reach out”? I understand that it’s classified as a breadcrumb, but is it a reach out or on par with a social media “like”?

after 6 months NC he started liking my photos and watching my stories, then he wrote that he was missing everything , but didn’t want to change anything. Why did he write this? I made a huge mistake and answered him that if he doesn’t want to change anything, it means there’s nothing to miss and that if he loved me, he would do everything to preserve the relationship and that I agree, that it fijn tis way. He didn’t answered..He keeps watching my stories...What should I do? Did I ruin everything with my answer? Please help…

We broke up a year ago and she was the only one to reach out as I was in nc. She then came back around Christmas telling me she misses and loves me only to pull away a week later and now I haven’t heard from her since. It’s so frustrating because I know I love her so much but her actions are making it difficult.

@leska999 He could be second guessing the breakup, testing the waters or confused about what he wants. He could also be playing games to stroke his ego!? Have a look at some of the other breakup videos and the different topics, as they may help you. Good luck x

If a man leaves a partner because he gave up on himself and didn't want to keep trying to heal and improve (break toxic cycle/behaviours), so he goes back to 'easy'. A partner who won't say no and is 'lesser' than him (in his eyes). What is the likelihood that when he realises he isn't happy in that lifestyle choice.... That he will decide to go back and try to work on himself again (with the women he left initially). If that makes sense?
