My dog helped me with my social anxiety. Before even going to the nearby store would have been almost impossible (about 13y). It became easier when I knew my dog would be waiting outside. Also other dog owners would approach and ask about my dog. Now as an adult I even worked in retail.

Dogs love is very much like kids love, its so pure and innocent, they just want everyone to be happy. For those who struggle with any kind of disabilitie, i just wish all the strenght, care, happiness. And for those who help, all the gratefullness of this world, because you are heroes.

This is so beautiful! My cousin has autism and it took 3 years to receive a special aid dog because in Canada there is always a wait due to the high demand of people who need them. He was not vocal as well as being non mobile. But now with his dog companion he does everything. It truly is a Godsend to see him very active.

Sweet kid, sweet dog, and very awesome mom. Coming up with so many activities for them to do together that are obviously fun for both of them, but are also kind of pt/ot for the kid. Throwing the ball, giving commands which means speaking.... And also obviously the snuggles and self confidence and having a furry best friend are also awesome. It's all awesome. Wonderful family.
