27:56 I know I just started watching this so idk if they figure out the problem but I feel like I know why they're like that. They just lost their father which was the heart of the inn, & you can see the devastation on every one of their faces. I just don't think they know it. 4 years ago, I lost my mom, my sister, my sister's husband and an auntie in a 4 month period, all unexpectedly and of differing causes. I did not know how to grieve. At all. I bottled it all up, refused to talk about any of them nor would I allow any one to talk about them in front of me. (Making things much worse because I robbed my family of the ability to grieve properly). I lashed out & was awful to be around and I blamed everyone else for the arguments that ensued. Finally, my now late husband yelled at me one night almost in tears (I had never seen him cry in our 30+ years together) saying " why are you destroying your family?! You have to face their deaths because you're killing us!" Talk about a wake up call. I broke down for the 1st time since they died. I put my family through that for 2 years. I got into therapy and began fixing my shit a little. A year later, my husband would suddenly die as well. I ended up grieving them all at once. You don't just grieve the people, you grieve everything: the life you would've led, the person you'd have become, literally everything changes I have genuine empathy for these people. I can relate, even though I initially disliked that woman a lot. I basically *was* her. On Jan 1st it will have been 3 years to the day that my husband died. I've worked really hard to change almost everything about myself to become a better person. (BTS have helped with that too, they found me 6 months before my 1st family member died. I'd not be here without them) 💜💜💜

Man that end on the sisters episode felt like a real bummer because of the exact reasons you exposed in the end. I hope that they learn about the real world and working hard to earn what they want, specially the older sister. It all just seemed like the older sister didn’t even know who she was or what she wanted and at the end she didn’t even realize with Gordon literally there to help that she can’t just act upon momentary whims and on top of that doing it wrong and blaming others for your mistakes.

I’ve been loving your Gordon Ramsey reactions. Hotel Hell is new to me but very enjoyable! But watching Gordon Ramsey at some point you need to react to his most famous episodes from Kitchen Nightmares. Amy’s Baking Company, and the one with Nino. Those are wild!

from what i understand from the second one,the elder sister never wanted to be the owner idk i have always wondered this about family businesses in general, what if the children have an entire other interest whatsoever, something entirely diff than running the family business but end up not pursuing it under pressure, they have no interest in running the business, treat their staff poorly and the business goes downhill ok now as i am seeing them interfere the staff, its pissing me off lmao
