I'm so glad that I got the colab with Farfa to work out - been one I've been theory crafting for a long while now, and there were multiple unexpected technical issues trying to set it up, but it was all worth it in the end. (fun fact - if you're "verified" in Master Duel you can't change your username. The more you know!) I hope everyone enjoys the video, and props to everyone else who participated this week as well. I have some fun plans for future episodes - including a particularly great one that I hope to save for the "finale" of this season of Dueltaining when that happens. (also, I love Rebecca in chat dying cause she understands why I'm playing it out lol) (also, I *still* cannot believe that Gage called him as I wanted him to check discord for other reasons lol)

@@Ovasiig technically (due to TOS reasons mainly) it was me piloting my account while Farfa told me every single play in a discord call lol. Original plan when I was thinking of this was someone piloting my account (with, like, parsec) but then I heard there are TOS issues with that, so I swapped to them changing their name to me, and then day of we realized the name change thing so we swapped to him just relaying the moves to me while watching the duel lol.

5:00 the “mystery” flavor is two or more other random flavors at various mixing levels. Essentially rather than throw out the leftovers when they had a batch a bit too big or trimmings or whatever they just throw them all in as a big undifferentiated batch. This results in most of them tasting very similar, with a few outliers if they had a lot of a specific flavor left over that day.

I have a couple of things to say about my choice of deck this time. 1. Taking a picture of MBT's balls was never intended to be the joke, but I love that it was interpreted that way, it's so much better than what I had. 2. I decided to go with this because it lowers the standard, both for me and for what twitch chat should expect from me. The main thing is that I wanted to lower the standard for myself because otherwise I'd only worry about coming up with decks that are insane enough to meet or beat the performance of the Rainbow Bridge droll combo. Also, If I show up again, It would be funny to put a poll here people can guess how many times I'll summon Saryuja. It was fun seeing people choose to count how many times I summoned Saryuja instead of repeatedly commenting on how long it was taking. And lastly, in terms of the length. I was going as fast as I could. I cannot express how much I hate the UI for six samurai, I have to fucking click 13 times each time I activate and resolve Gateway. It's miserable.

Yeah, having to remove Counters one at a time from cards is what's held me back from playing Endymion too often, that stuff's a pain and eats heavily into the timer. Vaalmonica seems like a more compact version of those annoying Counter mechanics though, so there's probably some fun stuff that can be done there, especially in the jank department.

Big respect to Zen. I'm currently at the start of a Masochist run and the only synergy I have going is Raiten and Supernatural Field Zone. Fun fact, summoning a token counts for the special summon of a normal monster! I love tokens as an engine to actually play the game and this was a really fun way to do it.

I must say that dueltaining is such a fun series, you see insane combos that i newer imagined beeing possible, while also wondering about what what the joke is and then lauging when its revealed. Watching it live is alyways so fun, chat and you stairing at the screen and wondering what is going on is peak content. Also the guests are so insanly creative. Its genuinly insane. I know the series can`t last forever and if people run out of ideas we need a break, but while its going on im enjoying it a lot.

Guys here is my idea (plz someome do it because i cant). So get qliphort engine (carrier, shell, 2 towers) and Kashtira engine (3 fenrir, 3 unicorn, 2 rise hearth, 3 birth) and get pot of greed, dark world dealings and everithing that can draw also you will need the people engine (people running about, united resistance, oppresed people and huge revolution) you can watch a Dueltaining episode from sometime ago and see how they all got them on the field (i will tell you the ep later). So the game plan- Summon kashtira fenrir, then normal rise hearth (make level 7 with his effect) xyz into draco sack and summon 2 tokens. Link into the burning abyss link. Dump people running alive. Get OSS by diabellstar (you have to play her) summon poplar, poplar get oak special oak- poplar plus BA link into promethain. Promethian bring back people running alive. Since you playing in unlimted get double foolish dump oppresed people, oak effect to get flamberge, flamberge. Flamberge to bring put oppresed people in spell and trap zone. Foolish number two to dump united resistance. Monster reborn to bring them back. Follish burial goods to dump rollback and then copy number 2 to dump Huge revolution. Use flamberge and Promethian to make Tranverser, then use your qluphourt engine to pendulum summon towers. Change the contol Towers and Jospehs monster. (You tell him to play first and summon a monster to the middle zone). Use axe of despair to power Dracosack, use dracosack to beat over the towers you gave him. Then use rollback to copy Huge revolution and destroy everithing. If he does not laugh you are cooked! Also you can credit me, but you dont have to. 😉
