The trucks design looks like a copy from BMW 2003 skateboard which they sold at their car dealerships for a limited time. If you search it up on YT there are a few vids out there.

Speed wobble is caused by trucks facing opposite and working like a monster truck, great for slow speed maneuvering but crap for high speed stability. I think I've figured out a great solution. I use Waterborne Surf adapter kits (both front and rear assemblies) to allow for extra turning of the front trucks and extra lean, and this allows me to have the rear trucks face the SAME direction as the front, but with stiffer bushings. So when leaning for a turn now, the rear trucks stay straight in the first part as the rear adapter works first and then the rear trucks turn in a bit just like a sports car's AWD. This not only increases stability hugely in high speed turns(my back end doesn't want to kick out) but it also has eliminated speed wobbles. Now I have the best of all worlds: incredibly smooth and agile turning at all speeds yet still very stable in straight lines without the wave energy induced speed wobbles.

I totally understand your PTSD with regards to long boards. That being said I'm super stoked they sent you this board. I know you wanted to get away from so many product reviews but this thing is awesome. I will be letting them know I saw your video and they need to get these things to mass production and maybe working on meeting those top speed claims.... hey man- tighten your trucks and make sure your feet are far enough apart to maintain high speeds without wobble. It also comes with practice, so just ride a lot and you'll (hopefully) never wobble again!

there are diffrent truck bushings for diffrent purposes like soft rubber for slow speeds and harder rubber for a more stiff steering, if you are not used to skate on high speed on longboard with regular or soft rubber, you can actually buy harder truck bushings which prevents speed wobble but increase the steering hardness also (I use on downhill bushings from Independent Standard Cylinder Cushions (super-hard-96a)) I really recommend them for higher speed E-Longboards instead of the stock ones :)

I've been looking forward to a board that looks like this. Presently, I've been wondering how I will be able to turn my BMW Street Carver into something like this. One flaw with this design is the way it goes over speed bumps. Often the 'trucks' bottom out. I solved that problem on my Street Carver by giving it bigger all terrain wheels that give it more clearance. My HaggyWheels are the Blue 145mm Pneumatic All-Terrain.

Haggy Wheels are not very available anymore. I think for my own BMW Street carver build I will consider Trampa parts. I've looked into MBoards for a hub wheels set-up, but I'm not too keen on the idea.

I really like the sound it makes, it's a calm sounding hum and when you ride over a bump or curb is sounds solid and reassuring ins a weird way. I can see how you'd still be a bit traumatized from the fall before though even at this point. You should always have a healthy bit of fear (as opposed to overconfidence) keeps you alert, especially one one of these little electric rideables. But I do hope you get a little confidence back even if Long boards aren't really your thing.

Yeah, I do enjoy trying out new stuff and do appreciate that they send it to me to keep, but I do try to keep it real, and I reject a ton of people wanting reviews unlike a lot of channels that review everything under the sun just to get free stuff. I also agree biased reviews on stuff suck. Nor do I try to shove their brand down your throat. Just seeing what's a good buy and what isn't. If the brand doesn't like my review, that's too bad.

It’s a teamgee?!?! That’s weird.... be careful with their battery, they tend to experience quite a bit of battery sag after extensive use. And based on the video I would say it seems like it’s acceleration and breaking are both bottom tier for modern e skateboards... The bright side is, it doesn’t look like it will fall apart after six months, like some of their other boards.. if the design is intended to avoid speed wobble, then why wouldn’t they make the top speed over 21 or 22. But it does look really awesome
