Ingredients:
● Onion - 1 pc
● Salt, Black Pepper, Parsley
● Vegetable oil for frying
● 2 cloves of garlic
● Eggplant - 2 pcs
● Tomato puree - 350 ml
● Cherry tomatoes ~ 10 pcs
● Cream (10-20% fat) - 100 ml
● Noodles - 200 g
● Parmesan - 20 g

I am in San Francisco. I have made this recipe 4 times since I have seen it! All my family loves it! From America..Looks like a vegan recipe ..however, for those who want some meat in ithis recipe and take this to the next level add~ ground or pieces of sausage, basil, oreango with Italian seasonings and parm grated cheese. The eggplant will burst with more flavor and do this recipe with slices of eggplant in place if noodles and use sausage. I aLways add black olives sliced and touch of the huice. Red wine makes this awesome and it cooks out but the flavorbis there. Thanks for your video.
