It’s cool to use whatever u like in Fromsoft games in terms of builds and weapons. But I think this broken build that jev is using makes every boss fight so easy that it removes that adrenaline rush after u kill them

As anyone that is yet to complete their first run I highly recommend going with wretch, here me out! As starting out with no equipment is bad and all but the feeling of defeating random enemies and receiving random trash equipment that is only slightly better then what you have is just PURE BLISS, compared to the starting equipment that can last a long time and not have the need of switching it when receiving items due to the abilities or looks. But being a wretch really creates the next level of emersion with seeking for only slightly better loot and the harder challenge of defeating bosses whilst having the ability to create any class you want!!!

I hope Jev fights Malenia, once you’d made the secret medallion just go to the town near the end of the mountain and do the fire lighting challenge and then make your way down the Haligtree. There’s also a quest in Caelid at a shack named Gowry’s shack that is tied to this boss and gives you a needle to reverse one of the endings that locks the game in a specific route.
