I thought it was a good idea. I have fond memories in childhood of listening to bedtime stories on a CD player when I would sleepover at my friends house and it would send me off to sleep in such a relaxed mood. In my adult life I find meditation helpful too with managing stress. I think its important to start looking after your mind and nurturing kids imaginations from a young age, depriving them of that outlet can definitely lead to difficulties in adulthood.
