More people in the market are a good idea and more homes near the fields. Loosing a lot of time walking to them. Otherwise going well except food! And that will solve itself in the end with you doing more fields. Maybe a few greenhouses also?

Yes I'm considering greenhouses, especially to target products that we need for the barn pub meals.

At some point I just like to drop a bunch of stone into upgrading the main roads - if the farmers can get the food to the storage/markets faster, it can help get the field cleared by winter.
